Meet The President
Luis Ortiz is a highly experienced leader in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, with more than 2 decades in multiple manufacturing industries, including: trailers, wood cabinets, Ambulance, RV, Bus manufacture, automobile industry tier 1, tier 2 customer, and supplier sites. He has implemented more than 600 major and 1000’s of minor Kaizen projects utilizing the Toyota Production System, streamlining manufacturing operations in growing and turnaround: union, non-union environments, domestic, international, single, and multi-site industries.
Most recently was Director of Operations for American Industrial Partners (AIP), he has served as interim plant manager in numerous AIP portfolio companies and industries; establishing Lean transformation, plant realignments, and participated in new investment operating agendas; as well as starting up green field manufacturing facilities, transforming lean environment brown field facilities, and relocating/close out operations. Serving as VP of Operations for Fleetwood RV Inc. and Director of Manufacturing and Lean for Collins Bus Corporation, both AIP companies, he created drastic improvements in productivity, on-time delivery, and reductions in working capital.
Luis was also Manager of Operations and Continues Improvement with Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership (FNGP), in locations such as Michigan, Georgia and New Hampshire; the global leader in the implementation of Lean Systems and Six Sigma through the GROWTTH Program (“Get Rid of Waste through Team Harmony"). Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Luis Ortiz he is certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and Lean System Master Black Belt, both from FNGP Corporate Program.

Our team is made up of specialists from a wide array of industries including Ore and Mineral Refining, Wood Cabinet Manufacturing, General Industry, Specialty Automotive, Textile, Aerospace and have held leadership positions in Quality, Business Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Each specialist has dedicated their careers in the pursuit of Operational Excellences and have mastered their art through the Lean principles demonstrating that all areas and types of an industry can be bettered through Continuous Improvement.
